Steel Structures - Structural Design

Seismic Strengthening of Existing Structures

Our participation in high demanding projects has built up a high level of expertise in the area of rehabilitation according to the Eurocodes and the Greek Regulation for Rehabilitation of Structures (ΚΑΝΕΠΕ). Our services cover the entire process, from determining the capacity of the existing structure to redesigning it and producing workshop detailed drawings.

Fire Design of Steel Structures

Through constant research in the field of fire engineering, as well as our participation in various projects, our team is specialized in the fire design of steel structures according to the European design framework.

Method Engineering

We know that construction methodology and sequence is crucial to the success of a project. By the use of staged construction numerical analysis we are able to take into account the effect of the chosen construction methodology to make sure the design is safe at every step. We then explicitly model in our BIM models the construction phases to produce detailed drawings that are always feasible to implement.

From silos and tanks to experimental setups for in-situ testing we can design complicated steel structures and components by the use of the finite element method and sophisticated numerical models.

BIM modeling

All our project drawings are produced using REVIT and TEKLA to eliminate gray areas, tackle complex geometries and assure that there is no conflict with other disciplines.
